Web Out is a 25(b) FIFRA exempt product; therefore it has not been registered by
the United States Environmental Protection Agency. Nisus Corporation
represents that this product qualifies for exemption from registration under the
Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act. Web Out is biodegradable.
