Biozyme Cleaner

Biozyme is a formulation of several selected bacillus micro-organisms designed to digest grease, vegetable matter, slime, sludge, and other organic wastes. All of these are common in restaurants, bars, schools, hospitals, nursing homes and food manufacturing facilities. Biozyme actively digests this material, and as a result eliminates the potential hazard posed by organic waste.
Biozyme can safely be applied in residential, industrial, institutional and commercial establishments and aids in cleaning grease traps, floors, drains and drink lines through natural bacterial-enzymatic activity. It speeds up the breakdown and digestion of organic solids.
Biozyme’s proprietary formula contains a selected bacterial package producing specific enzymes targeted for digestion: Protease for protein, amylase for starches, cellulase for paper and vegetable fibers, lipase for fats, oils and greases, and urease to break down urine.
