Altosid Pro-G is an a granular mosquito larvicide, prevents adult mosquito emergence in treated areas. This backyard mosquito control solution features the insect growth regulator (IGR) (S)-Methoprene. Altosid Pro-G mosquito larvicide is formulated with extended residual control, providing up to 30 days of protection in standing water.

 

It is important to note that this will not kill or knockdown adult mosquitoes, but will prevent any mosquito larvae from developing into egg-laying adults.

Zoecon Altosid Pro-G Insect Growth Regulator releases effective levels of ALTOSID insect growth regulator for up to 30 days after application. 

Applications should be continued throughout the entire season to maintain adequate control. Treated larvae continue to develop normally to the pupal stage where they die.

Apply Altosid Pro-G uniformly and repeat application as necessary. Measure and then sprinkle the appropriate amount of Altosid Pro-G evenly over the surface of the water to be treated
