Advance Termite Bait Stations do not attract termites to your home, but rather intercept them as they complete their natural foraging behavior and before they find your home.
Advance Termite Bait Stations are strategically installed around the perimeter of your home, typically in landscape beds adjacent to the home. Installation requires digging 2½-3 inch diameter by 1 foot deep cavities into the ground. These cavities are placed approximately 10–20 feet apart. Once the cavities are created, the stations are placed within the cavity.
Each termite bait station comes with the plastic bait station, a wooden (cellulose) termite monitoring base (TMB), and a termite inspection cartridge (TIC). When termites are noted to be present during the monitoring state, A Trelona Advance Termite Compressed Bait Cartridge should be placed in the bait station.
