Description
Advance Granular Carpenter Ant Bait is a ready-to-use product for use in controlling numerous ants both indoors and outdoors. This bait formulation combines a mixture of foods and the delayed-action insecticide, Abamectin. This insecticide acts to reduce the population of worker ants and can cause an immediate halt in egg production resulting in colony elimination.
Specially formulated to kill carpenter ants. Effective on Acrobat, Bigheaded, Pavement and other ants. Avoid use of other insecticides or sprays on or near Advance.
Advance Granular Carpenter Ant Bait can be used around termite bait stations, in ant bait stations or as a perimeter, mound or broadcast treatment.

Application: | Outdoor Application: Individual colonies: Use 1.5 to 3 ounces of product per colony. Around Structures: Lightly sprinkle evenly at a rate of 1/3 of an ounce per 100 linear feet. Treat visible trails with 1 ounce of product. Broadcast Application: Apply as uniformly as possible. Use product are 1 pound per acre, but never exceed 4 pounds in the span of a year. Indoor Application: Treating plumbing voids: Obtain access to void and apply up to 5 tablespoons inside of the void. Place where bait will remain dry and avoid contaminating utensils. Utilities (electrical boxes, in-ground electrical boxes, ground boxes, etc.): If ants nesting or traveling inside utility boxes, place 5 to 7 tablespoons for lighter infestations. For heavier ones place up to, but not more than 3 ounces on ground or open floor area. |
