Sedgehammer with Dye and Surfactant Kit

Our Sedgehammer with Dye and Surfactant Kit includes a post-emergent selective herbicide, a spray indicator that shows any gaps in your application, and a surfactant for herbicides that prevents evaporation and enables the herbicide to work better.

Sedgehammer Selective Herbicide by Gowan is a water dispersible granule (WDG) that selectively controls broadleaf weeds and nutsedges such as purple and yellow nutsedge in established lawns, ornamental turfgrass, and landscaped areas.

Turf Mark Blue by BASF is a dye spray indicator that you mix with the Tenacity herbicide in this kit.  When mixed together, the dye spray shows you clearly where you have applied the herbicide to give you a higher rate of success when doing an application. You will be able to see any areas you may have missed spraying.  

Surfactant for Herbicides by Southern Ag increases the effectiveness of herbicides by increasing the coverage and penetration of the herbicide. Surfactants help herbicides do their job better.
