InVade Hot Spot+Plus by Rockwell Labs is a powerful, 4-way action foam that neutralizes odors immediately with its naturally based odor trapping technology. Fast-acting enzymes and premium microbes digest organic build-up and eliminate odors at the source. Natural citrus oil provides extra cleaning power and a fresh scent.


Apply Hot Spot+Plus in cracks, crevices, drains, and other areas with organic debris, including beverage fountain drip trays, on beverage line bundles, along and behind peeling baseboards, under ice machines, and in voids around dishwashers, walk-in coolers, and tray conveyors.


You can clean and deodorize various stains on carpet by spraying over them, covering them with foam, and allowing the microbes to work undisturbed. It is best to apply immediately after a spill while the stain is still wet. Multiple applications may be necessary for dark or old stains. Allow it to completely dissipate before scrubbing or washing. It works well on soda, juice, milk, wine, beer, food residue, oil, urine, vomit, and most other organic matter stains.


Hot Spot+Plus can also control household odors. Inject directly into drains and garbage disposals. For trash cans, lightly coat the surface and allow it to dissipate. Coat the base of the litter box and add the normal amount of litter. Avoid treating direct food contact surfaces. Always test on a small area of fabric first to ensure stain resistance.

Application:Shake well before using. Press down on the actuator to dispense foam. Hot Spot+Plus may be dispensed with the can in any orientation. To coat scummy surfaces, hold the can about 12” away from the surface and apply foam in a sweeping motion. To inject into drains, cracks or crevices, carefully insert the included straw into the actuator. For deep injection into drains or hard to reach spots, use the 24” Hose Extension Actuator included in the case. Carefully remove the standard actuator from the can and press the Hose Extension Actuator onto the can and dispense as needed. Do not wipe up or wash off Hot Spot+ foam. The foam should be allowed to dissipate and should remain in contact with the organic debris for at least two hours to be most effective. Use in a well-ventilated area and avoid breathing spray mist. If the product contacts a direct food contact surface, rinse thoroughly before resuming food contact. Use bleach to kill spores if needed.   • How do I attach the long tubing?

    The label gives instructions as followed:

    Carefully remove the standard actuator from the can and press the Hose Extension Actuator onto the can and dispense as needed

  • Will this help with drain flys. I have never had a problem until just now. I do have allergies will this be ok for me to use? I have a bottle of hot spot bio sanitation foam

    This product is not labeled for controlling drain flies so we cannot recommend it for that use. If you are concerned with the ingredients in the bottle, please check the SDS and label for a list of ingredients.
