Captan Fungicide is a microfine wettable powder for use in water as a spray for the control of certain fungus diseases of Turf, Fruit, Ornamental Crops and as a Vegetable seed treatment for the control of certain seed rots and damping off.

Captan Fungicide controls the following plant diseases:

  • Botrytis Rot (grey mold) on Strawberries
  • Scab
  • Black Spot
  • Anthracnose
  • Brown Rot
  • Damping-off
  • Root Rot
  • Leaf Spot
  • Brown Patch
  • Downy Mildew

Captan Fungicide is labeled for use on many fruits and ornamentals such as: Fruit Crops (Almonds, apples, apricots, blueberries, cherries, grapes, nectarines, peaches, plums, and strawberries), Ornamentals (Azaleas, begonias, camellias, carnations, gladiolus, chrysanthemums, roses, Vegetables (beans, cabbage, corn, melons, peas, squash, beets, swiss chard, spinach and Grasses).
